 The QVALITAS Group carry out independent and impartial measurement service for marine fuels before and after bunkering, in accordance with the API procedures. These surveys determine the quality/quantity of fuel/diesel oils which have been transferred from either shore installation or bunker barge to the receiving vessel. These services include:
a) Pre-delivery and post-delivery tank measurements
b) Supervision of loading/discharging
c) Fuel sampling,
d) Re-calculation of quantity delivered and received based on tested density and
e) A comprehensive survey report
